UV disinfection systems for water
UV water disinfection systems are compact and deliver extremely rapid treatment. Ultraviolet light mutates and/or degrades DNA. When DNA is damaged, the organism cannot function because its “instructions” are scrambled or missing. An organism without instructions cannot function and reproduce and cannot cause infection. It is rendered harmless and eventually dies.
In UV disinfection systems, water is purified through a stainless steel chamber (known as a “reactor”) containing a unique UV-producing lamp. As the water passes in front of the lamp, microbes receive a lethal UV dose. Viruses, bacteria, and protozoa are thus rendered harmless. What’s more, this technology has the enormous advantage of not generating any disinfection by-products, which further protects the environment and aquatic life.
Under normal conditions of use :

- 5 years for the stainless steel reactor (materials and welds), except in the case of use in highly corrosive environments (brackish or highly saline environments, seawater, proximity to acidic and corrosive products, use of hydrochloric acid).
- 2 years for all components except UV lamp and quartz sheath (consumable).

Exclusions:
Defects and damage caused by natural wear and tear, external accident, incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, abnormal use, improper storage, failure to observe the expiration date, intervention by a third party, or modification of the product not foreseen or specified by the seller, are excluded from the warranty.

Germicidal UV bulbs effectively disinfect water. This compact solution offers protection against leaks, temperature fluctuations, clogging and breakage. A UV disinfection reactor with good UV quartz sheaths helps prevent environmental risks over the long term.
UV disinfection systems for water are sized according to flow rate, as the combination of contact time in the reactor and the power of the lamp(s) guarantees the dose (expressed in millijoules per square centimeter—mJ/cm2) necessary and sufficient to eradicate 99.9% of microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, suspended algae, etc.).

Delivery
Free delivery for all orders over €1,200 in CE. For orders under 250€, an administration fee of 35€ will be charged. When placing your order, please indicate where you would like delivery.
Companies from EC member countries must indicate the company name and VAT number to benefit from VAT exemption.
Deadlines
Once the order has been placed, the time indicated above runs (excluding weeks 31 to 34 and 51 to 52) from the date of receipt of payment and validation of the project plan (including all options requested in the case of special requests). As soon as the equipment is ready, it will be shipped to you. Road transport requires an average of one week for set-up, and up to 3 weeks for containers, depending on the destination.

Reception
Upon receipt of the package, in the event of damage or missing items, please :
- To the carrier: Immediately make any necessary observations and confirm your reservations by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
- To the supplier: complaints about visible defects or non-conformity of the product delivered with the product ordered or with the dispatch note must be made in writing within 3 days of arrival of the product.t.

Returns
All returns of items deemed new by the customer must be made within two weeks of receipt.
Any return of products must be the subject of a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer.
Any product returned without this agreement will be held at the buyer’s disposal and will not give rise to a credit note. The costs and risks of return are always at the buyer’s expense*.
