Designed for low-turbidity, lightly loaded waters, it enables the achievement of various sanitary quality levels, up to Class A depending on the water source.
Thanks to its plug-and-play connection (230 V power supply for XS and S models, 400 V for larger sizes), this MTU can be rapidly deployed for water reuse applications, potabilization / supplementary drinking water supply, industrial and process water treatment, as well as for emergency interventions requiring a water treatment solution that can be installed in a very short time.
- Available flow rates: ≈ 5 to 50 m³/h depending on model
- Operating pressure: ≈ 3 bar at outlet
- Feed water quality: low-turbidity, lightly loaded waters (limited TSS, fine particles)
- Water temperature: < 40 °C
- Compact skid-mounted design, suitable for handling with a pallet jack or forklift
- Drinking water / supplementary potabilization
- Wastewater reuse (WRR)
- Industrial water treatment
- Process water (washing, cooling, utility uses)

The turnkey mini WWTP
A complete BTCE.2NCE.CFCE.DLCE chain available for hire, ready to connect
- Ready in 2 weeks
- Integrated controllers
- Sensors and safety
- REUT compatibility
Do you need to treat your wastewater quickly, with real performance guarantees, but without immediately launching a major civil engineering project?
What this means for you
- You’re not renting just a Reactor, but a complete mini-SWTP, from the buffer to the Lamella clarifier.
- You stabilize your process: the Buffer tank absorbs jolts, the double nitrification stage secures Nitrogen, the coag-floc + lamellar polish your discharge.
- You save time: the solution is standardized, sized for small communities, tourist or industrial sites, and can be quickly connected to your existing network.
As a result, you can move very quickly from a “pressurized” situation to a plant that meets its discharge standards, without immediately tying up a heavy CAPEX budget.
- 💧 Complete mobile mini WWTP: buffer tank, two-stage nitrification, coagulation–flocculation and lamella clarification integrated into a single mobile water treatment unit (MTU).
- 🧪 Multi-purpose wastewater / industrial / process water: suitable for municipal wastewater, industrial effluents and process water, delivering effluent quality compatible with water reuse or supplementary potabilization schemes, depending on the overall treatment line.
- ⚡ Ready-to-connect solution: prefabricated, skid-mounted installation designed for rapid commissioning—ideal for emergency deployment or fast-track regulatory compliance.
- 📦 Compact, all-in-one package: all treatment stages (buffering, biological treatment, physico-chemical treatment and clarification) combined into a single unit, easy to integrate into an existing site.
- 💶 Rental with purchase option: you start in OPEX, validate the solution under real operating conditions, and exercise the purchase option only if the mini WWTP meets your performance objectives.
The BTCE.2NCE.CFCE.DLCE is a compact mobile water treatment unit (MTU) in the form of a mini wastewater treatment plant, skid-mounted on a frame. It combines, within a single treatment line, a buffer tank, a two-stage MBBR nitrification process, a coagulation–flocculation step, and a lamella clarifier.
It is designed to treat municipal wastewater, industrial effluents and process water, achieving high discharge standards, with effluent quality compatible with water reuse or supplementary potabilization (drinking water), depending on the configuration.
Designed as a plug-and-play solution, this MTU can be quickly connected hydraulically and electrically, and deployed both for routine operation and emergency situations (temporary compliance, construction sites, pollution incidents or drought crises).
Available for rental with a purchase option, it allows operators to secure water treatment, validate the solution under real site conditions, and—if required—later integrate it into a larger or custom-designed treatment line (additional treatment stages, WRR, etc.).
The BTCE.2NCE.CFCE.DLCE Mini WWTP integrates, within a single installation:
- a buffer tank to equalize flows and loads,
- a high-performance two-stage MBBR nitrification process,
- a coagulation–flocculation stage,
- a compact lamella clarifier for final clarification.
It is designed as a complete process building block, not a technical dead end, and can subsequently be:
- integrated into a larger treatment line (enhanced pretreatment, additional tertiary treatment, WRR, etc.),
- combined with other 1h2o3 modules (additional MBBR stages, dedicated denitrification, micropollutant treatment, etc.),
- adapted as a custom solution if flow rates or regulatory requirements evolve.

Mobile unit: purchase or rental
Mobile water treatment units have become an essential solution for organizations that need to guarantee consistent water quality without committing to heavy capital investments. Thanks to flexible sizing and advanced treatment technologies—such as ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, decarbonation, UV treatment and activated carbon—they ensure reliable performance in complex operating environments.
A containerized MTU can be transported by truck, deployed on a construction site, or integrated into an existing treatment plant as a temporary capacity boost. The latest models enable smart operation, reduced energy consumption, and real-time adaptation to pollution load variations, supported by predictive analytics algorithms.
The growing adoption of mobile units reflects a broader trend toward resource security, water resilience, reduced production downtime, and a transition to more modular and flexible water infrastructure.
