High lamella clarifiers
Tous les décanteurs lamellaires hauts présentés ici regroupent des caractéristiques communes :
- Large volume for maximum retention time
- 3 mm thick self-cleaning lamella made of smoothed PVC
- 60° inclination
- Storage volume for industrial water: volume varies according to the model
- Twin weir channel PE in DN110: all our weir channels have a twin channel, allowing for separate collection:
- decanted water: the treated water in fact
- floating sludge: the floating fraction on the surface of lamella clarifiers which, if not collected separately, decreases efficiency in TSS, COD, BOD5.
Lamella clarifiers for use in buildings
- Sludge storage at the bottom of the structure: variable volume depending on the model
- Structure in insulating PP honeycomb:
- Beige color: for non UV treated equipment
- White color: for UV treated equipment intended for outdoor use. A hood protects the clarifier from the sun and bad weather.
- 3 installation modes possible:
- on the ground,
- partially buried,
- completely buried.

Why choose our high lamella clarifiers?
High lamella clarifiers are typically monobloc elevated lamella clarifiers. With its larger volume, the retention time is improved, and sedimentation is better. This is especially important for separating light particles.
As for the monobloc lamella clarifiers, the parameters on which our high lamella clarifiers differ from other clarification solutions are the following
- Lamella thickness: while many suppliers offer lamellas with a thickness <1,5 mm, Our lamellas are 3 mm thick. This thickness makes the structure much more resistant to clogging due to lack of maintenance and prevents the risk of collapse.
- Twin weir channel:all our spouts are equipped with a twin channel, allowing for separate collection:
- decanted water: the treated water in fact
- floating sludge: the floating fraction on the surface of lamella clarifiers which, if not collected separately, decreases efficiency in TSS, COD, BOD5.
- Anti-clogging: the lamellas are made of smooth PVC, to prevent sludge to stick on the plates. In addition, the lamella blocks are the ” parallel plate ” type. Unlike the “octagon”, “diamond” or “tubular” type blocks, the “parallel” type is much less subjected to sludge accumulation in low velocity areas
- Inclination according to regulations: most standards and regulations require an inclination of 60°.
- Flexible weir channel:all our weir channel are equipped with oblong holes. It is very easy to fix them horizontally even when the concrete slab is not perfectly flat.
- High stability: in addition to the thickness of the lamellas, the lamella blocks are held together by thick polypropylene plates. A man can walk on the blocks with a burden distribution plate, without any risk of falling.
- Storage of industrial water: the bottom of the lamella clarifier in the building and outdoor version can be used to store treated water. This is useful when you have a sieve to supply to the head of the plant.
- Corrosion resistance: polypropylene and polyethylene are corrosion resistant.
- Eco-designed: all noble materials used are completely recyclable.
- Removable blocks: Our lamella blocks are removable to make the clarifier fully accessible, because some industries (IAA, aquaculture) need to clean the works perfectly periodically, and therefore have access to the bottom of the work.
- Reinforced bottom:for specific uses, the reinforced bottom protects against theabrasive action of certain sandy waters.
- Several options for the inlets and outlets: each configuration is different and you will surely need to have the power supplies on one side and the outlets on the other… Everything is possible, you just have to ask.
