The DL.FT lamella clarifier and drum filter offers a fully integrated water treatment solution by combining two of the most effective purification technologies. Its compact design allows it to handle high flow rates even during rainy periods, without the need for oversized equipment. Whether in terms of materials, treatment capacity, or functional add-ons, every aspect of the system can be tailored to the specific requirements of your project. << Click here to find out which model best suits your needs! To ensure we provide accurate specifications, a detailed proposal with quotation, and a 3D drawing, please complete our design form. The two technologies are seamlessly integrated to ensure a smooth transition between decantation and filtration stages. An internal bypass allows maintenance on either unit without interrupting operation. The large treated water storage capacity at the filter outlet makes the system ideal for feeding a reuse skid or supplying industrial water equipment. A disinfection unit can also be integrated. In addition, an internal sludge collection tank can be incorporated to eliminate the need for a separate all-water system.
This combined clarifier/filter provides:
Efficient removal of organic particulate matter
Fine filtration at the wastewater treatment outlet, enabling compliant discharge
Improved hydraulic load absorption, particularly during peak flows in rainy periods
In the tabs below, you will find features specific to clarifier-filter systems, along with an overview of the various possible combinations of lamella clarifiers and drum filters.
Advantages of Clarification–Filtration Technology
Complete treatment: The DL.FT provides end-to-end water treatment, combining lamella clarification for coarse particle removal with drum filtration for fine impurity removal.
Improved water clarity: Dual action ensures exceptionally clear water.
Space optimization: Integrating two systems into one reduces the footprint, ideal for sites with limited space.
Lower operating costs: Combined efficiency reduces both operating and maintenance expenses.
High performance: Superior treatment capacity compared to operating each system separately.
Simplified installation: Easier and less costly to install than two independent systems.
Adaptability: Effectively treats a wide range of water qualities for diverse applications.
Energy efficiency: Integrated design optimizes energy consumption.
Easy maintenance: Simplified access reduces downtime for cleaning and servicing.
Durability: Built from robust, 100% recyclable materials for long-term reliability.
Benefits Specific to 1h2o3
Enhanced filtration and clarification: Effective removal of particulate matter, achieving levels below 15 mg/L TSS, even under significant hydraulic variations.
Low maintenance: Features like anti-clogging lamellae and a simple, robust drum drive minimize service needs.
Water savings: Treated water is recycled for filter washing, reducing consumption and costs.
Robust construction: Corrosion-resistant, heavy-duty materials ensure long service life.
Flexibility & customization: Multiple filter mesh sizes and adjustable clarifier settings to match project requirements.
Smart monitoring & control: System can be managed and optimized via PC or smartphone.
Optimized space usage: Compact design improves plant layout and facility efficiency.
Environmental compliance: Meets stringent water treatment standards and regulatory requirements.
Easy service access: Removable lamella blocks and accessible components simplify maintenance operations.
