The PPP peristaltic pump has two variations depending on the flow rate range of your installation and can be coupled with other 1h2o3 packages, allowing you to create your own customized, turnkey process!

Specially adapted for industrial chemical dosing and low-flow liquid transfer, 1h2o3 peristaltic metering pumps can pump fluids of varying viscosity, which may contain small suspended solids or particles.
These models have been created to dose small quantities of products at low pressure with a discharge head of up to 20 m.

PPP operating principle

The fluid, held in a flexible tube mounted inside the pump body, is set in motion by an impeller that compresses the flexible elastomer tube to push the liquid through. The pumped liquid never comes into contact with moving parts, as it is contained inside the tube.

  • The pumped liquid is kept inside the tube and never gets in contact with moving parts.
  • With a compression cycle of up to 2 bar, the pipe passes through this rotating roller, which moves the fluid inside.
  • As a result, the liquid contained in the pipe is pumped out of the pump.
  • Once emptied, the pipe follows the same path, creating a vacuum that draws in fluid.
  • The peristatlic dosing pump can also be run dry without risk of damaging internal components or the motor.
