Although this lamella clarifier is a basic unit, it is an equipment that offers many options! Therefore, it is necessary to fill out the design form opposite so that we can provide you with a precise estimate and a 3D plan. << Click to view the lamella clarifier design form
With its large volume of 11.4 m3 and its compact design with 26 m² of projected surface area, the DLH-M high lamella clarifier is intended for building installations. This avoids some issues such as:
clogging from external debris accumulation such as dead leaves
Operating in an enclosed space also limits heat loss from the water, an important parameter in the efficiency of biological treatment.
You will find below some of the specific characteristics of lamella clarifiers and the advantages of the DLH-M:
Benefits of lamella technology
Ground surface area <90%: Lamellar settling technology allows the water to be treated on a surface area 10 times smaller than a traditional clarifier.
No moving parts:All lamella clarifiers are fixed. Without moving parts, they require little maintenance and servicing.
Hydraulic overloads: Lamella clarifier is a faster clarification process. A lamella clarifier can operate with peak flow rates 2 to 4 times higher than traditional clarifiers.
No chemicals:Thanks to their simple design, lamella clarifiers work without chemicals.slqt Therefore, they are able to act as a pre-treatment for delicate membrane processes for example.
Flocculation coagulation: Performance can be improved through the action of flocculants and coagulants. These chemicals allow to bind the particles together. As they are heavier, they settle better, which increases the purity of the treated water, even improving the removal of phosphorus when the coagulation is FeCl3.
Specific advantages of the lamella clarifier 1h2o3
Smoothed anti-clogging lamellas:All our clarifiers are equipped with smoothed PVC lamellas, allowing a better sedimentation and offering in addition a self-cleaning effect
Lamella thickness: All our clarifiers are equipped with 3 mm thick lamella. This thickness makes the structure much more resistant to clogging due to lack of maintenance and prevents the risk of collapse.
Storage of industrial water: The bottom of the lamella clarifier is designed to store the treated water. It is useful when you have a sifter to feed at the head of the plant for example.
Regulation-compliant inclination: The 60° inclination satisfies most regulations/recommendations for lamellar settling.
Corrosion resistant: The materials used in every Monoblock lamella clarifier are corrosion resistant, which significantly improves the life span of the equipment.
Separate collection of floating mudour twin weir channel, the mud can be collected separately:
– decanted water: treated water
– floating mud: the floating fraction on the surface of lamella clarifiers which, if not collected separately, reduces efficiency in TSS, COD, BOD5.
High quality and recyclable materials: Unlike fiberglass, all materials used in our equipment are 100% recyclable. We hope that you will return the equipment at the end of its life!
Drinking water conformity:Some countries require specific materials for drinking water applications (NSF-61, ACS, DVGW, SVGW..). We can adapt the materials of our lamella clarifiers to meet your specific regulations.
Quick drain: It is required to clean the lamella of the lamella clarifier. You can lower the fluid level with the mud drain. And to save time, a “quick drain” pipe can be added under the Lamella.
Heat insulation: Tall our clarifiers are surrounded by a honeycomb envelope > 50mm, which allows to keep the heat while providing a great structural resistance.
Removable lamella blocks: Some industries (IAA, aquaculture) have to clean the structures periodically, and therefore have access to the bottom of the structure. All 1h2o3 lamella clarifiers have removable lamella blocks. This way, the clarifier is fully reachable and it is even more convenient to clean the lamellas!
Reinforced clarifier bottom:Some sandy waters have a higher abrasion potential, and it is better to reinforce the clarifier bottom in these cases.

Inlets and outlets
Water inlet d160: either on the left, on the front (as shown in the picture), on the right.
Fresh water outlet d110: optionally left (as shown), front, right
Floating mud outlet d110: optionally left (as shown), front, right
Gravity at the bottom of the structure, to which a pump or a solenoid valve can be connected (out of scope 1h2o3)
By pumping, in high part: the clarifier will be delivered with a submerged pump connected in high part of the clarifier
Both: pumping and draining
Floating mud(which must be removed periodically):
Attachment of a solenoid valve for the removal of floating mud
– On the clarifier frame for DLM versions
– inside a PP housing for DLME versions
Automatic lamella cleaning
Fixing the air ramp under the lamella, which is connected to a source of compressed air, to carry out periodic cleaning
Industrial water storage
Installation of the inclined bottom of the clarifier to constitute a storage of industrial water, outputs and connection according to your needs.
Strengthening the bottom of the clarifier
With even more resistant materials for very sandy waters
Inlets and outlets
Drainage d63: optionally left, front (as shown below), right
High outlet of the mud pumped out d63: optionally on the left, in front (as shown), on the right
All inlet can be equipped with :
Connection up to d63

All over the world, 1h2o3 packages have dimensions compatible with transport in HC containers.
10 to 14 weeks.
Once the order has been placed, the above-mentioned period runs (excluding weeks 31 to 34 and 51 to 52) from the date of receipt of payment and validation of the project plan (including all the options requested in the case of special requests). As soon as the equipment is ready, it will be shipped to you. A road transport requires approximately one week to set up, it can take up to 3 weeks for a container depending on the destination.

The reinforced construction allows to contain pressures, whether they come from the inside because of the water, or from the outside with the earth. Placed on a solid foundation, a package can be:
– completely buried
– partially buried (example: 1.10 m overhang)
– simply placed on the slab
2 years, under normal conditions of use on parts, as defined at the time of the order.
This equipment can benefit from an extended warranty. The conditions of this extension will be discussed on a case-to-case basis.
